Spiced Half Baby Chicken | $28.50
Succulent half baby chicken marinated in garlic, lemon, and Levantine herbs and spices, flame-roasted till golden. Served with iron-grilled seasonal courgette, crispy baby pesto potatoes, and a whipped garlic-lemon emulsion.


Slow-Braised Veal Brisket (Shakshuka Style) | $30.00 (DF)
Melt-in-your-mouth NZ veal brisket slow-cooked in a rich, warming spiced tomato, bell pepper, and cumin sauce. Served over warm flatbread with garlic, cucumber, mint and yogurt sauce.


Classic Market Fish & Chips | $29.50 (DF)
Crisp-battered fresh catch served with chunky golden fries, a refreshing house-made coleslaw, and house-made caper tartare sauce.


The Galley Gourmet Burger (180g) | $28.00
Prime 180g grass-fed beef patty on a toasted brioche bun with swiss cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato, onion, relish. Served with a side of fries.


Roasted Eggplant & Arborio Risotto | $27.50 (V)
A velvety, rich arborio rice risotto cooked in a light vegetable broth, folded through with smoky roasted eggplant and a rustic Provençal tomato sauce, finished with fresh herbs and a dollop of whipped mascarpone.
