The Commodore invites Members and their guests to join us this Friday for dinner at the club with delicious catering by Galley Cafe and Catering. Refreshments are available at the bar as usual.

 Skipper’s Premium Lamb Shanks — $30.00 Slow-braised, tender lamb shanks simmered in a rich rosemary and red wine jus, served over a bed of creamy potato mash and minted garden peas.

Creamy Chicken & Spinach Lasagna — $29.50 Layers of tender pasta sheets packed with shredded chicken breast and fresh spinach with garlic tomato and ricotta cheese, baked with a bubbling mozzarella and parmesan cheese topping and served with a side of cool, refreshing house-made tzatziki.

Eggplant Parmigiana (V) — $29.50 Layers of tender, baked eggplant slices topped with a rich tomato sauce, fresh herbs, and melted mozzarella and parmesan cheese, baked until golden and bubbling, served with a side of cool, refreshing house-made tzatziki.

Skipper’s Fresh Market Fish & Chips — $29.50 Freshly caught market fish fillets, crisp-fried in a light batter, served with golden fries, tartare sauce, lemon wedges, and a fresh green side salad.

Classic Beef Burger & Chips — $28.50 Premium 180-gram grilled beef patty, melted Swiss cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato, and onions on a toasted brioche bun, served with a generous side of golden fries and tomato sauce.


Desserts:

House-Made Rum Tiramisu — $14.50 Layers of delicate savoiardi sponge fingers soaked in freshly brewed espresso coffee and dark rum, smothered in a velvety mascarpone cream and dusted with rich cocoa powder.

Premium Vanilla Bean Ice Cream Sundae — $10.50 Scoops of rich vanilla bean ice cream served with chocolate and berry drizzle and a wafer.
