Slow-Roasted Crispy Porchetta (GF) | $29.50 Premium rolled pork belly infused with
cracked black peppercorns, wild fennel, fresh oregano, rosemary, and thyme. Served
tangy apple sauce and a crisp, refreshing seasonal coleslaw salad.
● Skipper’s Classic Fish & Chips | $29.50 Freshly caught market fish fillets, crisp-fried
in a light, golden batter. Served with premium chunky fries, traditional tartare sauce,
fresh lemon wedges, and a green side salad.
● The Yachties Burger 180 | $28.50 A premium 180-gram flame-grilled beef patty,
melted Swiss cheese, crisp lettuce, vine-ripened tomatoes, and onions on a toasted
artisan brioche bun. Served with a generous side of golden fries and tomato sauce.
● Vegetarian Wild Mushroom Risotto (V) | $26.50 Creamy, slow-stirred arborio rice
simmered in a rich vegetable broth with sautéed wild field mushrooms, finished with
premium parmesan cheese, white wine, and a touch of truffle oil.
